Hi I am Megs, a Scottish Service Designer living in Sydney (but maximising holiday and travelling the world wherever & whenever possible)….
I am a passionate about Human-Centric Design, and I hold a deep rooted appreciation for seamless and efficient business processes (perhaps stemming from a few fantastic years at Accenture). I love interacting and understanding humans, and using design tools and methodologies to better determine the needs of customers, employees, and all other end users of products/services. I come to work to design impactful business and social solutions and services, to innovate with clients, and to get ideas from post it notes into propositions.
